Helga Reidel Chair (2022 to present) Class C Director

Helga joined the TransForm Board as a Class C (independent) director in September 2018, and was appointed to the Governance and Nominating Committee. After serving three years as Vice Chair, Helga has now moved to the Chair position and will lead the Board and Executive Committee. In her capacity as Board Chair she remains a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee, and is ex officio to the Finance and Audit Committee.

Helga brings over 35 years of management and governance knowledge to the TransForm board, having held the roles of President & CEO of ENWIN Utilities ltd. and the ENWIN Group of companies as well as the role of CAO for the City of Windsor along with other executive roles throughout her career. Helga has addressed fiscal challenges and labour negotiations, and has proven experience in strategic planning.

Helga holds an Hon. Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting from the University of Windsor, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants Association holding the designation of FCPA, FCA. She also holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor and the designation OCT from the Ontario College of Teachers and holds a Directors Qualification Designation of ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors. In addition to her role on TransForm’s board, Helga serves on the Boards of Directors of Corby Spirit and Wine, WISE Trust Pension Plan, and the University of Windsor and she chairs a number of committees for those organizations.


Lindsay Boyd Vice Chair (2022 to present) Class C Director

Lindsay joined the TransForm Board as a Class C Director in February 2019 and was appointed to the Finance and Audit Committee. In February 2022, Lindsay transitioned to the Governance and Nominating Committee. He now takes on the position of Vice Chair, and in that role serves as Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee.

Lindsay retired from Enbridge (formerly Union Gas) as the Director of Indigenous and Municipal Affairs. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor Business School.

He has worked with numerous community groups in Windsor, Essex County, and Chatham-Kent, and is a past campaign chair of the Chatham-Kent United Way. Lindsay was the 2003 winner of the Robinson Citizenship Award from Duke Energy acknowledging his role in the community – the first Canadian to ever receive this award.

Lindsay is the Past Chair of the Windsor-Essex Economic Development Corporation and the Windsor and District Chamber of Commerce. He is a past board member of the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network and recently successfully completed his Provincial government board Governance training. He played a pivotal role, working with Chatham-Kent Staff and Municipal council in promoting the Provincial Green Energy program within the municipality. He is a former Director of the Community Care Access Centre, past Director of the Essex Regional Conservation Authority, and past Chair of the Coaches Committee for the District Minor Hockey Association.

Jacqueline Peterson Treasurer (2019 to present) Class C Director

Jacqueline joined the TransForm Board as a Class C (independent) director in September 2018, and was appointed to the Finance and Audit Committee. As Treasurer for the Corporation, Jacqueline now serves as Chair of that Committee and also sits on the Executive Committee.

As an assurance partner in the Southwestern Ontario region for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Jacqueline brings over 20 years of valuable experience having provided accounting, assurance and internal audit services to corporations both in the public and private sectors. Through her experience, Jacqueline has gained proficiency in the areas of general business advisory, audit, risk management, project management, regulatory reporting and maximizing internal control frameworks, and is well suited to support, and be a resource to the Audit/Finance Committee.

Jacqueline received her Chartered Professional Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Ontario in 1999. She also has an Accounting degree from Wilfred Laurier University (Waterloo) and a Bachelor of Accounting and Commercial Studies from Western University (London). She also sits on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Southwestern Ontario.


Tony Haddad Past Chair (2022 to present) Class C Director

Tony joined the Board in April 2018 as a Class C (independent) director, and was appointed to the Governance and Nominating Committee. After serving a year as Vice Chair, Tony became the Chair, leading both the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. As Past Chair, Tony will continue as a member of the Executive Committee and Governance and Nominating Committee.

The TransForm Board continues to benefit from Tony’s public sector experience in finance, administration, strategic planning and budgeting in both corporate and operations management, having served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Tecumseh (12 years). Since retiring in April 2019 from his CAO duties, he now is a Senior Advisor at StrategyCorp Consulting. He recently served as the Interim CAO for the Town of Amherstburg and then the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.

Tony has a Master of Science in Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration and Business Administration Diploma. He is also a Certified Municipal Officer and Certified Public Finance Administrator. He is a past President of the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario and a past Director of the Ontario Municipal Administrators Association. Tony has served on several boards including the Tecumseh Police Services Board, Windsor City Centre & Motor City Community Credit Union, Sun County AAA Minor Hockey Association. He was named to the Advisory Committee at York University, School of Public Policy & Administration. He is the recipient of the Alumni of Distinction Award from St. Clair College (2016) and the AMCTO Prestige Award (2017).

Malissa Gauthier Class A Director

Malissa joined the Board in September 2022 as the Class A director for Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) and was appointed to the Finance and Audit Committee.

Malissa is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Corporate and Laboratory Services for WRH. She brings 19 years of financial and operational leadership experience to WRH, including budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, cost containment, Board governance reporting, and day-to-day administrative and operational management. Prior to relocating to Windsor, Malissa spent a total of 10 years with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (“WRHA”). Malissa received her Chartered Accountant Designation (CA) in 2003 and has also attained various certifications including courses in conflict resolution, LEAN in healthcare and change management.

Kristin Kennedy Class A Director

Kristin joined the Board in July 2022 as the Class A director for Erie Shores HealthCare (ESHC) and was appointed to the Governance and Nominating Committee.


Kristin is the Chief Executive Officer for ESHC. She started her 25+ year career on the front lines as a registered nurse and has held a variety of clinical leadership positions in the medical sector including Operations Manager – Neurosurgery and Stroke, Director of Critical Care and Cardiology, and VP of Patient Services and Chief Nursing Executive at Windsor Regional Hospital. Kristin also serves as co-chair of the Windsor Essex Ontario Health Team Steering Committee where she works with other partners to support under serviced communities through the High Priority Communities Strategy.


Kristin has a diploma in Health Sciences, Nursing from St. Clair College. She also holds the designation of Certified Health Executive (CHE) from the Canadian College of Health Leaders and a Master of Health Management from McMaster University.


In 2019, Kristin was awarded a Professional Achievement Award from McMaster University, which recognized her career endeavours and achievements that have made a significant contribution to healthcare management. In 2021, she was one of seven nurses selected from over 70 applicants to join the Inquiries, Complaints, and Reports Committee for the College of Nurses of Ontario. Focused on helping educate the future leaders of healthcare in Ontario, Kennedy also serves as an assistant professor with McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business School of Rehabilitation Science. She is currently enrolled in the LLM Health Law degree program at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto. In 2019 Kristin was awarded a Professional Achievement Award from McMaster University and in 2022 was presented with the St. Clair College Alumni of Distinction award.

Lori Marshall Class A Director

Lori Marshall joined the TransForm Board as the Class A director for Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) in May 2019 and was appointed to the Finance and Audit Committee. Most recently, Lori made the transition to the Governance and Nominating Committee in October 2021.


As CKHA President and CEO, Lori brings to the Board her 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in Ontario’s acute and community care sectors, and a reputation as a patient-centred strategist with a track record of addressing complex issues through a shared vision and knowledge of the community and region. Prior to joining CKHA, Lori served as CEO for Nipigon District Memorial Hospital (2005) and Erie St. Clair Community Care Access Centre (2014). She has also served as Vice President at Oshawa General Hospital and Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.


Lori is a Registered Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists and a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders. She holds a Health Leadership Certificate from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa. Lori has a rich history of community service and has been active on many boards and committees at the provincial and local levels.

Paula Reaume-Zimmer Class A Director

Paula joined the TransForm Board as the Class A director for Bluewater Health in October 2022 and has been appointed to the Finance and Audit Committee.

Paula currently holds a unique leadership role as Integrated Vice President for Mental Health and Addictions at Bluewater Health and the Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton-Kent. She is also the CEO of Lambton Elderly Outreach, and the incoming President & CEO of Bluewater Health effective January 2023.

Paula is known and respected locally and provincially for her leadership, expertise and passion for collaborative and cross-sectoral approaches between hospital and community. Her professional career began in nursing as an inpatient psychiatric nurse, she has held various roles related to mental health and addictions and emergency department leadership throughout her professional career. Paula has dedicated much of her career, advocating for marginalized populations with an objective of ensuring access to quality and respectful care for all.

Paula has earned her Doctorate in Health Administration (DHA) from Central Michigan University with her research focus on Transitional Age Youth Mental Health Services and is an alumni of the University of Toronto Rotman, Advanced Health Leadership Program.

S. Laframboise

Sherri Labramboise Class A Director

Sherri joined the TransForm Board as the Class A director for Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare in July 2023.

Sherri Labramboise is a Chartered Professional Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare’s (HDGH). Sherri has 22 years of extensive finance experience with a dedicated focus in the hospital industry. Sherri is known for her contributions to the hospital’s funding, seen through her integral involvement in the realignment of services and funding transfer that occurred in 2013. Sherri leads the budgeting, payroll, accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting for HDGH.


Through a continued commitment to shape the next generation, Sherri has presented the “Theoretical Foundations of Nursing Leadership” to the University of Windsor Faculty of Nursing graduates on an annual basis for five years. From 2018 to 2021, Sherri was a Business Mentor for A-Team Robotics, which is part of a worldwide robotics movement called First Robotics geared to teach primary and secondary students to be science and technology leaders and innovators. Combining her expertise in both finance and health, Sherri also previously served as a Finance Committee Member at The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc.
