TransForm strives to meet accountability standards in all aspects of its business. The organization is accountable to several different stakeholders and also has various avenues in which accountability information is delivered, including salary disclosure, expense reporting, public service directives and TransForm’s code of ethics.

TransForm also makes available a copy of its CEO’s employment contract for public review.

TransForm takes pride in providing reliable and up to date information to all of its stakeholders.

Code of Ethics & Business Conduct

Integrity and respect, transparency and ethical behaviour are the foundation of how TransForm SSO conducts business and how its employees treat each other, its member hospitals and external stakeholders.

The Code of Business Ethics and Conduct describes the expected conduct and behaviour of our employees, along with specific situations employees may encounter.

Public Salary Disclosure

TransForm is funded by its five-member hospitals and other government sources and values transparent and accountable business practices. In alignment with the requirement of its member hospitals to comply with the Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act (PSSD), TransForm annually reports a list of staff that earned $100,000 or above in salary and taxable benefits in the previous calendar year.

TransForm employs 148 full-time and part-time/contract staff members. We are proud of the contributions we make to Ontario’s health care system and are working hard to balance fair executive compensation levels against the fiscal realities faced by the healthcare system.

Executive Expense Reporting

TransForm is required to report executive expenses quarterly. These reports outline travel, hospitality and meal expenses incurred by executives and reimbursed by TransForm. Executive expense reports can be accessed below.
