Clinical Systems Transformation
Delivering health service solutions for clinicians in the Erie St. Clair region and beyond, we collaborate with digital partners to administer change management and adoption activities on behalf of the Ministry of Health. Our Applications, Integration and Development (AID) team leads the implementation of complex digital health projects and manages clinical systems to improve the safety, quality and consistency of patient care across Southwest Ontario. These clinical systems support healthcare providers by giving them access to real-time patient records and in establishing common clinical and process standards, including workflows, order sets, clinical guidelines and integrated plans of care.
